Can I use DAZ3D models to create my own characters and sell them on the internet?

    Sell DAZ 3d models NO

sell add on packs for DAZ 3d models, yes, as long as they are completely free of any of DAZ 3D mesh. So if you are talking about a character you need to make sure that is is packed in such a way as to not use any of the original model mesh or code.

That also applies to textures and morphs, unless they are merchant resource sets (which allow their use in the creation of new content for sale, though you need to check the exact terms).

That doesn't mean you can't use existing morphs to build a character - but you need to distribute them as a preset that calls and sets the morphs on the buyer's system, so that they can be used only by owners of the morph set. A shaping or character preset will do this in DAZ Studio.
