what happened to my serial numbers?

hi, i tryed to start over again,,,by deleting alll the content, andreinstalling daz. but i had a hard time finding the new and getting any thing to work. like the connect function, the post qrs thing.

can you help me out? thanks.

    thank s for the humor,,,,but all of my seriael numbers are"retired" or inactive...i cant get daz to actually work....???

    Even if the product is marked as retired/inactive tyou should still have a serial number on the serial numbers page and product downloads in your Product Library - retired/inactive just means it isn't available in the store anymore.
