How to email a PA

I recently bought a really great product and I'd like to contact the artist and ask a quick question. But when I enter the artist name in the email field, it doesn't come up with a result. It's not a huge deal. More fan mail than anything. Is there a way to contact a PA?

    Daz 3d handles Customer Support.

    The only other way is to try sending a PM.  Some PAs do actually post in the forums.

    PM! Thank you! I don't need customer support. I just wanted to tell him/her what a great job they did on a certain model. That's all.
