Easy Tail for Genesis Pose Issues

A while back I bought the Easy Tail for Genesis, but I have to say, beyond some very basic poses, this tail seems worthless. The various segments don't bend nicely and often become rather jacked up instead. I know I've posted about issues before with this, but it seems like there is no solution. How can I contact the vendor about it, since DAZ doesn't have their site set up to contact vendors? Preferably, I want a tail that actually works, an upgraded version, but if not... well, I don't know ~_~ I just feel more work should have gone into it; like no one tested it before putting it up for sale. Even if I do get it bent like I want (well, somewhat) it horribly distorts the rest of the tail.

    Contact support - it's best to do so before the 30 day money-back window closes.

    How are you posing it - bone by bone, using IK, or using master controls affecting several bones at once?

    While I don't have the item and probably won't be able to offer a solution myself, if you could post a screenshot showing the exact problem you see, somebody else might have a suggestion.
