Sweat it Out Fitness Bundle

What does everyone think about the new Bundle?

https://www.daz3d.com/the-sweat-it-out-fitness-bundle

I was happy to see another themed bundle, AND I was happy to get an orange banner, but the bundle itself was a bit bland.

I think I already have versions of everything on offer.

That said, I do encourage Daz. To keep making tgemed bundles, even though this one didn't hit the spot.

I had a good deal offered, and it was cheaper than buying the themed stuff seperately, so that was a no brainer.

Outfits by Peache are really nice.

The environments are pretty cool I think for a sports themed render.

  • i give 80% level to this bundle .

because no RiverSoftArt ( Now-Crowd Billboards Gym ) in side bundle .

i wonder where is RiverSoftArt about this ??!!surprise

I got the stretching poses and the workout outfit with dumbbells. The pose set had a particular pose that caught my attention, and I like the material zones in the thigh area of the workout pants. At least I hope that's a separate material zone. After applying the $6 platinum coupon, I think it cost $13.56

I'm a bit unsure of this, the AJC Workout Style Outfit doesn't list the shoes that are used in the promo, so I'm guessing it doesn't come with them. Does anyone know which set they're from?

I am not a fan of bundles, especially themed ones. I like some of the items in it and have 2 in my cart, but no interest in the bundle.

The AJC Workout Style Outfit has a very high waist. I do not like it.

The male figure has blotchy skin.

The men's workout outfit has been out for about a year.

I'd love some new male clothing and I can always use workout stuff. But the bundle doesn't have enough content I can use with the female focus and repeat items.

Without commenting on any of the individual included items, which appear to be of varying quality, I like this kind of bundle.  I honestly don't miss pro bundles, which were occasionally really good, but too often all over the place.

I wonder if Corey Belina has a friend who knows about e-commerce.

I was interested until I realized not everything you see in the promo images is included.

I did purchase Fabian and his skin isn't as blotchy as the promo; actually, it isn't blotchy at all.

The promo picture is  terrible and not helpful  but one shouldn't confuse the creator with the advertising team.  I notice that happens a lot with people wondering  what products are used in an advertisement which may not be created by the product creator.  As in the real world, often things that don't look so good can turn out to be wonderful and vice versa as I am told by those who marry supermodels.

I know but it's disheartening to always have a "buyer beware" attitude around here.

The AJC Workout Style Outfit and Dumbbells for Genesis 8 Female(s) | 3D Models and 3D Software by Daz 3D isn't great.  It's the first item I've purchased from this vendor and probably the last.  I was discouraged with the others because of their high poly count, but this one's got a lot lower poly count.  The whole outfit is 28k faces at base resolution.

I first tried it on Keyana, and saw the Shirt needs a lot of adjustment.  Then I loaded it on vanilla G8F, and even there the Shirt has issues under the breasts.  Keyana's a busty custom morph, so yeah, but if the item doesn't fit smoothly on the base figure, there's something amiss.  The Shirt is also not symmetrical.  And if you try to add dForce, the Shirt enters the void upon simulation.  When I went to chase it, my camera ended up in a place DS calls "nan".

The Top, at SubD 2 (G8F also at SubD 2) looks only slightly less blocky around the breasts than a World of Warcraft character.  On checking, I saw it loads with Bilinear SubD instead of the usual Catmark for some odd reason.  The reason, I found, was that when you switch to Catmark, the main fabric looks all jaggedy where it meets the trim.  The leggings use the same Bilinear SubD, but look smoother.

Anyway, thanks to Fit Control, I got the Shirt sorted out on Keyana well enough for a render without too many issues.  Keyana would have shown her belly button, but in the end I gave up on that adventure due to fitting issues, so she's sad.  In fairness, the outfit does come with documents marked "warning", so I should have expected this wouldn't be easy.

That's a shame, the promo images make the outfit look really good. I guess I'll pass on it and consider the Easy Going Outfit instead.

I'm going to disagree with you.

Users have nothing else to go on when making a buying decision than the promos, so yes, I will judge the product potential from what I can see. Many PA's do make their pormos here, so I have no way at all who is responsible for those promos, it could very well be the creator.

It still has really nice 4k textures, and the PA has some good ideas, but it will take a bit of work to look right.

Edit: You really need Fit Control to deal with this garment.  It doesn't have enough morphs for a conforming garment that can't be dForced, as you can see from the clipping of the sleeve cuffs on Victoria 8 into the forearms.  If not the top and leggings which fit tightly, the shirt is the type of garment for which dForce would have been appropriate.

I think that is fair enough though it is not exactly the way I buy.  I may see an promo image but the product description guides me more than anything else.  I have this issue with my sister about food.  I cook and she doesn't so when she sends a recipe and says it looks good, I'm never sure whether we are evaluating the food photography or the the actual recipe.  I look at the method of cooking and the ingredients  while she looks to see if it looks appetizing to her.
In any case, I am happy with the product though i wished it came with gen textures but I also found no problems with the texture and  it looked different enough from other textures that I found it useful

well interesting to know which it have only around 28k, it's make it's looks really around a good number for me, to be fair i do feel the issue is not being "low poly" because i've already have many "low poly outfits" and they work very well with almost every character i've tried it's feel like the issue is more related to how the outfit was made alike if him just added the generic/basic influence weight without a proper more polished work.

One of the issues, is that, as you can see from the wireframe promo images, the items are a mixture of quads and triangles.

Luckily I bought FC during the holiday sale, so far it's been a really helpful tool in smoothing out chest conforming issues and it makes me really think that I should have bought it much sooner. crying

How are the pants fitting and how well do they take to bending beyond typical standing poses? Thanks!

Well, another weird thing about this outfit is that smoothing is turned Off by default.  The outfit works better with it turned on.  It's one more thing that makes it unsuitable for new Daz Studio users.  In this pose, the Top (bra) doesn't fit Victoria 8 without pokethrough at the top of the breasts, even with smoothing turned on and the Move Chest Front morph maxxed, which makes it poke through the Shirt with the Breast Size morph maxxed.  It's a pretty exhausting outfit.

Anyway, the leggings are okay, as long as you turn Smoothing On.

I haven't tried the product yet. But given that the main reason I got it was the pants, this may be good news for me.

I was actually considering it just for the pants as well. cheeky

This is what I came here to ask about. With the bilinear SubD algorithm, the top never doesn't look blocky. It's really disappointing. Changing it to catmark makes the texture look terrible and jagged.

The pants are alright, but suffer from the same problem, though it's not as noticeable as with the bra. It's mostly with the shadows in that they tend to stay very "square" on the fabric.

Was really hoping to find a solution here, but I guess it's just a limitation of the way they were made.
