How do I download Daz Central and Daz Studio to an external hard drive?

Hi Daz friends,

Rather than download daz central and daz studio directly to my computer, I would like to download it to an external hard drive. Is there anything special about downloading it to an external hard drive? Or do I just choose the path and let the program do the rest?

As long as the drive identifier stays constant it should just work.
