What is the best way to convert clothing and shoes from Gen 3 to Genesis 2?

I am looking at Jim Burton's store and was wondering if there what the best way to convert his Generation 3 stuff to Genesis 2? Specially the stuff made for Inguine Vicky and Glamorous Vicky?

Also is there any way to convert Gen 1/2 clothing to Genesis 1/2?

Crossdresser 4 has M2,V2 and Genesis capability. Some garments will convert and some will not. If you use this I think you're going to end up with a poser rigged garment.
