Help!!! What on earth are these black lines and dots on my figure's clothes?(Solved)

As the picture has shown, there are some black lines and dots on my character's shirt, what are they? Why would they be here? Any clues? Thanks a lot!

    The blouse is too close to the skin so iray is creating artifacts.  Use a smoothing modifier on the blouse and it will go away.
