Should I install a Virtual Machine or Windows Bootcamp on my Mac to use FaceTransfer?

Hi everyone, I was wondering if I would be able to run Windows only Daz3D software on my Mac with either a virtual machine or Windows bootcamp. Is that possible? And if so, would I be able to access the files from the windows side to put into my Mac side (like face transfer files).
