How to preserve the original pose after dialing in hidden clones？

Hi, I would like to know how to preserve the original pose after dialing in the hidden clones, like for example how to keep the G8M default pose after dialing the G8F hidden clone？ They look somewhat different as I can tell the joint rotation are different. Thanks !
