DAZ 4.6 (Most current release) crashes when rendering

Good morning. I'm running into an ongoing problem that developed about two weeks ago. Every time I try to render a scene in 4.6 the software crashes at the end of the render cycle. I've updated to the most current version, I have enough RAM and processor speed, but I can't figure this out.

Does anyone else have this problem and/or know of a solution, please?

Does it give nay information in the Log file (Help > Troubleshooting > View Log File)

What are your machine specs, is it 64 bit or 32 bit, what exactly is in the scene - figures lighting etc. Have you looked at Task Manager while it is rendering to see how much memory is being used?

Does it crash with every scene, or just one in particular. Can you create a simple scene with Genesis and some clothing, and render that?

If it's crashing at the very end I wonder if it's related to saving the png file, which goes to your temp folder. Go to Edit>Preferences, try changing the location of the temporary folder, and see if it will render then.

    What settings are you using?

Mine crashes whenever I try to use the hardware assisted render options. Which reminds me, I need to figure that out.:shut:

Why not just use 3Delight? http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/18285/
