'Default Resources for Daz Studio 4.15' ?

This has appeared in my Install Manager, can anyone tell me what it is please? Like, if I install this is it going to trash all the settings that I already have? The title would suggest that installing this will reset eveything to 'default', I'm already having issues with 4.15 and don't want to risk adding even more.

    Default resources is things like the sahders, without it you won't be able to do much. It has been updated to add the new PBR Skin shader for the Genesis 8.1 updates (used by Victoria 8.1, though it will no doubt be used by other things and is available once installed for experimentation).
