Daz studio 4.6 (64bit) will not start

I'm trying to run Daz Studio 4.6 (64bit) on Windows 7 (64bit) but absolutely nothing happens! Not even an error message.

I'm using:
Windows 7 (64-bit) Service Pack 1
Intel Core i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz
16.0 GB Ram
SSD (C:)
HDD (D:) with user files
GeForce GTX 560 (Driver version 344.11)

Any ideas?

    Have you tried any of the following
    1) Rebooted

    2) Reinstalled Studio in the default location that the installer (C:|\Program Files\Daz3d)?

    3) Re-Downloaded and Reinstalled Studio? 9 times out of 10 it's a corrupt download

    4) Deactivated Anti-Virus, Firewall and any security application on your computer when installing, some 3rd party app could be shutting this down.

    5) installed on an administrative account or another account on your computer with administrative rights?
