Disappearing keyboard shortcuts

I'm finding that my keyboard shortcuts don't seem to stick around very long. If I open a new file or open and close Daz they revert back to the default. Any ideas?

    What OS are you using? You may need to Run As Administrator one time to save your custom shortcuts.
