Discount Oddity

I have a bunch of PC items in my cart, but when I apply the $20 coupon I earned from last week punches, it only applies $19.34.
Anyone know why this is happening?

I do believe that most coupons do not work against PC items as they are already highly discounted.
I have a similar problem. I don't think it has to do with the PC-items.
It seems like the discount earned by punches is not "counted" towards the coupon, and it behaves as if it just has the regular discount.
That means, my two articles who were discounted at 65% (30% DAZ+50% PA-Sale) got an additional discount of 30% from punch-discount. Only, the coupon doesn't seem to understand the 30% punch discount, and instead just takes the 65% discount as base for its calculation.
I suffered a similar issue and it is down to the order in which discounts apply. As you have Trinity Atrium in your cart which is discounted from 2$ to 1$, I believe it is taking a share of the 20 dollars before it apply's the 50% discount for itself. The same is also true of the punch freebies, which take a share of any dollar off coupon, before discounting themselves to zero.
Is this what could be called "creative discounting"?
I believe this happens when one or more items ends up being free after discounts. The coupon is spread among the items before other discounts get applied, so if the discounts on each item aren't the same (for example, if some are PC items or DO's with the 30% PC discount), some items end up going negative and that part of the discount gets lost.
It's interesting to see the cart at work (per se.) I had to do some item by item removals from my cart to see what was being applied and the cart adjusts the discount based on how many items it is spread out over. It can be hard to calculate when there's a mixture of PC, featured stores thrown in the mix. I have to say this past week the cart has been doing a good job (maybe a few hiccups when it first starts during the changeover, but it's not an all day thing.)
I've reported it to customer support, and they said they have no idea what is going wrong there.
I was offered a refund for the non-discounted money, though.
