Help: What is the correction way to install the new Daz Studio Plug In Updates?

Where do I install the Daz Studio plug in updates? 

I noticed a bunch of updates available for the plugins

which option do I choose? 

Select Daz Studio version

4.5
4.x Public Build
4.x Publishing Build
4.x Private Build

    Which version(s) do you have the plugins installed in?  4.5 (or 4.x or 4.15) with nothing else is the General Release version; Public Build is the Beta.

    That's what I chose, 4.5  . For the path I chose C:\Program Files\DAZ 3D\DAZStudio4\plugins

    This does not seem to be correct though. Now when I try to use Daz to 3dsmax or Maya nothing happens :(

    They were working fine before installing the update

    The path should be C:\Program Files\DAZ 3D\DAZStudio4
