Genesis 8 females not loading

I have been trying to get my genesis 8 females to load since the new genesis 8.1 updates and none of my characters will load. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the update and just not installing the new update but still the figures will not load. Has anyone else had this issue?

    This is what shows when loading genesis 8 or 8.1 female character.

    It can take quite some time for G8 to load if you have a lot of morphs for G8 installed.

    It is the same for me and I have the same as in your screenshot when loading G8.
