DIM problem after database maintenance

After the reset of the database and re-import of the metadata (genesis 8.1 starter pack was not visible after installation in the smart content. The only solution has been the database maintenance process. Now I can see it) the DIM became slow. The download is fast and normal as it has always been but to install or uninstal a single asset it takes 5 minutes. I don't know what happened. Libraries and manifest folder are always the same. Does anybody know a solution?

The only solution has been to reinstall everything.
But I wanted to experiment if it has been a random problem or it is a real one. So in another PC, where DAZ studio and DIM worked perfectly, I resetted the database in the content db maintenance and reimported everything. Well the problem occurred again. DIM became slow and didn't uninstal correctly the assets. I would like to know if anyone has ever had this kind of problem... but maybe I'm asking too much. The solidity of a software is also in the strengh of its community.
Have you tried "Condense Database" after "Reset Database"?
I'm not sure if it will have any effect, but it could depending on how Reset Database works...
