DIM and Jepe's Double Feature Clive and Dax

I have been having this problem since I last reset my computer. Jepe's Double Feature Clive and Dax will not download. I have been trying for some time and it won't download via DIM. It is always there.

For me in DIM there are 2 different product id packages for Clive and Dax

12721 gets an error on download
12735 downloads and installs

What does the DIM error log say?

In DIM, click on the gear icon on the upper right to bring up the Settings screen, then click on the Show Log button on the lower left. Scroll down the bottom of the error log and there should be an error message explaining the failed download.

Same error for me on that package. But check in installed tab... the other package may have installed okay... its there for me.

You're trying to download the [em]inactive product which is 12721 and it appears the installer has been removed from the DAZ servers.

When I search for Clive, I only see the active product 12735, though there is a reference to the inactive product 12721 on the lower left). Click on the manual download button and I get correct file IM00012735-01_JepesDoubleFeatureCliveDaz.zip
