Is there a way to render so that your output is a 3D pdf file or similar instead of a 2D image?

I found answers:
And if you don't have Adobe, there is U3D-2-PDF: https://osdn.net/projects/sfnet_u3d2pdf/downloads/0.0.3.0/U3D-2-PDF_0.0.3.0.zip/
REQUIREMENTS:
=============
- MiKTeX (http://miktex.org)
("Basic MiKTeX 2.9" Installer - 165 MB)
- MeshLab (http://meshlab.sourceforge.net)
MeshLab-v130a.exe (30 MB)
- .NET Framework 4 (http://www.microsoft.com/NET)
(available through Windows Update / Microsoft Update)
couple minor things to consider.
First, This is potentially a violation of default EULA(correct me if i'm wrong here), and may require an interactive license, as it exports geometry and texture files that may be extractable.
CYA folks. use personal files only, not daz3d or other parties assets.
Second, Adobe doesn't support u3d directly anymore(the videos are from 2015) and requires a registry mod to enable it again, since 2019.

i couldn't even find the folder required for the registry mod in the registry, server 2012 r2, Adobe Acrobat DC; 2020.009.20074(yeah i know i need to update it). So i wasn't even able to test if it's even doable any more.
Yeah, it's not working... :(
it works only inside Photoshop... and I only show the method, the rest of actions is up to you, not me.
Thank you!
Is there another format that would allow a rendered 3D model that anyone could open if they at most just downloaded a free program?
OBJ file format
