My content libraries have completly disappeared

Hi,

All my content has vanished, no instal, no content library, no smart content, it's all gone.

Things I've tried:

  • Turned off and on again
  • What I belive to be a complete wipe of daz from my system (macOS Catalina)
  • Also uninstall and reinstall from Daz Central
  • Update of metadata
  • Used content direcctory manager to reimport database, re imported meta data and proccessed metadata queue.


I was trying to manually install a piece of content I purchased from the store that would not install via DC, this prevented me from seeing the content in smart and instal tabs but could still see the tabs at this point. I've nver manual installed before.

Next I tried uninstaling then using variouse tuts online that showed me how ro use metadata updating features to get it back. I restarted daz and even those tabs were gone. 

I have not made any changes to the content library on my mac other than deteting problematic manually installed content.

After completely removing daz and reinstalling the problem persists.

Any help is appreciated thanks.

    Right-click in the dark grey area on the right-edge of the pane group, below the Simualtion Settings tab, and select Add Pane>Content Library. You can do the same for the Smart Content pane in the group you want it in.

    I don't know how it happened but my smart content tab dissappeared. I tried what you said and afterwards I still have no Smart content tab. I really wouldn't care but Daz insist on putting some stuff in the reg content lib and some in smart content. things that go together even. I got a figure and no poses. Genesis 8.

    oh... just opened it. The tab is there on the right side tho and no content. I brought it up once and it was on the bottom near the timeline and animation tabs.. again no content. I couldn't get it to open the pane where it is suppose to be.

    Most likely the container list is collapsed, but please post a screen shot
