I've been having some problems with Daz, I've submitted several tickets and weeks later nothing. I've also got a problem with the racist wording on a product Daz are selling, I submitted a ticket and not even an acknowledgement. Is there really anybody there or is Daz one of those companies that are ok with getting your money, but don't hold your breath for any kind of service?
