Withdrawing open trouble ticket

Hi, I raised a trouble ticket today, and then managed to resolve the matter myself, Is there a way to cancel an open TT, don't want to waste time of the busy Daz folk?

    Just go to the Help Desk and after you log in, click your name and select "My Activities". Then you can add a new entry to an existing ticket and tick the "Please consider this request solved" box at the bottom, and Submit.
