I see v. 4.15 is out but I cannot find it to download?

I DO NOT intend to get DazCentral I just want the actual program file. I use manual install for all content and do not need or want any more CMS systems.

Please someone show me where the link to download is.

    Go to your product library here at the site, search/filter for "Studio 4.x" and click at the link to the DS download page.

    is better install Daz DIM and setting all there because of the PostgreSQL nightmare

    Just to clarify:

    1) downloading a stand-alone installer isn't inherently more "manual" than using DIM, and

    2) the stand-alone installed will install CMS.
