Genesis 8 UV Swap: Male and Female Base - What exactly does it do?

So I'm always trying to find new ways to apply products from a F to M and vice versa. I recently saw the Genesis 8 UV Swap: Male and Female Base and it was also recommended to me by someone. I also see that it is a part of the Pride Parade Bundle, which is awesome. But as someone who's still learning about textures, materials and such, this is a little confusing for me. I did look around, and didn't see a thread explaining it entirety and giving examples If anyone has any answers/examples that would be awesome! Thanks.
