Okay so sine the last Daz central update, it deleted manager. I had to uninstall the whole thing. Now i have no smart management and it blocking me from my paid products also. How to fix, I did lodge a ticket with daz..... they said can take 5 weeks to reply, we on week 4. I attach the errors images to this.

reinstall PostgreSql again, yes the elephant one.
If still shows "we can't find a valid CMS yadda yadda....then press F2 on your DS UI and select CMS Settings
change the port of your CMS to some another port, that solved my case recently when I did a reinstall of DS.
tell me if that works for you because it works for me.
The Content Library Daz Studio Formats and Poser Formats should (largely) work for content not installed through DS itself without the PostgreSQL database - however, you will miss some application features that way so it would be better to resolve the communication issue.
Looks like you're not logged in. I read something about needing to log in and online at least once with this new version to verify something or whatever. After that everything should work as you expect maybe?
You only need to log in if you are using Connect or you want to chance a metadata update.
