Purchased content does not show up in the correct category

Hi,

Im a complete newcomer to Daz and I wanted to know how the store works. I bought a model and could not find her. Finally I had to uncheck 'filter by context' and then it showed up in Lost and Found. How do I install so that it just goes to the correct catefories. Please explain like Im 5.

Categories are not set by the isntalaltion proces, if the item had the wrong compatibility (which sounds likely) or was not categotised (hence being in Lost and Found) then that is the basic set up. You can categorise items by right-click on them, and you can edit their metadata to add the correct compatibility from the same menu.

 Don't, use DIM, Central is very simple a total mess for most.
