Hi all, i has a hard shadow artifacts on my jacket with IRAY rendering, whats i do wrong?

It is, as I recall, known as a terminator effect - the line that separates lit from unlit areas. Try Edit>Figure>Convert to SubD on the clothing, or tweak the position or size of the light.
More interesting is that partial image as a mistery character prototype perhaps?, why not a full image?, has clothes, so, is not naked, right?
Hadn't you unchecked Bend Parameter just to slide over 1.0 or 100% limit and because of that making the arm nearest to the body? and due that made a geometry poke through?
I've seen this too on a character skin (so subd already enabled), turning up subivision level/render sub-d level (under parameters>general>mesh resolution) by a point or so reduces the effect and it becomes far less noticable. It does increase mem requirements for the scene though.
In my case, it seemed to be coming from the HDRI though, spotlights placed in the scene caused normal, smooth shadows on that very same area.
Yeah adding (or increasing) the SubD on the shirt will mostly eliminate this.
