Limited menu bar and inability to

Hello,

It appears that something is amiss with my program, or that I need some setting changed, as you can see in the included image I do not have all the proper menu bar options at the top left ("EDIT" is conspicuously missing), I can not save (among other things), and the keystrokes to save, undo, etc. do not work.

Any ideas?

    Are you able to change the layout using the Window menu?

    You should be able to go to Window>Workspace>Select Layout. Full Service (Beta) will give limited (but not that limited) menus, the other options will give the full menu set.
