Poser 2014 shut down with the talk designer

I've had this problem since 2012 version, that's why I changed to 2014 but still I have this annoying problem with poser pro 2014: when I have 2 or more daz figures (M4, V4, K4, Genesis, etc) and I use the talk designer, poser shut down unexpectly.
I tried unistalling and installing both programs, but the problem still appears. Could someone create a file to repair this problem? Because it seems I'm not the only one who has this awful issue with Poser.
Thanks!

Do you have the latest service release intalled?
What are your system specs?
If you have a scene that uses Poser included content and replicates the problem, send a ticket to SMS tech support outlining the problem and attaching the scene file so they can look at it and attempt to replicate the problem on one of their test systems.
Do you get the same issue if you use two figures?
It's hard to figure out the cause without more information about your system and what you have and have not done outside of upgrading to a new version.
I don't think it's the service realase, when I had poser 2012 I installed the service realase and the problem still appeared. If I had a daz figure there isn't problem, but if I load 2 or more, the problem appears. I sent a ticket to poser support, I hope they can give me a solution
The first thing SMS tech support will ask is if all your video and sound drivers are up to date and if you have installed all of the latest SR's. If you tell them "no", that will be the first thing they tell you to do.
If you didn't send them a copy of a scene file that replicates the error, they may or may not ask you to.
What's your OS and how much RAM do you have?
If you load a Rex and a Roxie into the viewport with no other clothes, hair or props and run Talk Designer, do you still get a crash? If that works, what happens if you load Rex and 2 Roxies with nothing else and run talk designer? Feels like this may be an out of memory issue.
My OS is windows 7 64 bits and my RAM is 4 GB. No with Rex and Roxie figures I don't have problems, I have problems with DAZ figures, especially the latest ones like Genesis 1 and 2, M4 or K4. I guess it's because they consume more memory than the original poser figures.
Okay ask around here for configuration files I think the talk designer is for OEM SMS figures I think DAZ stuff uses Mimic files
Well talk designer works fine with DAZ figures for me, the problem is when I have more than 2 figures in the scene, I don't know, it seems poser sometimes is unable to load the files and crashes, but I'll ask to Poser help about this.
