How to turn off the lights in a pre-set environment

I just bought an environment ''Ápartment Kitchen'' and it comes with lights, but no option to turn the lights off. The lights do not show up as an element in the scene tab either. The only way I can get rid of the lights is to get rid of that partcular prop where the light is emanating from.

Is there a way I can control the lights?

I tried going to Render Setting>Environment>Environment Intensity and tried putting it to 0 and even minus figures, tried a bunch of other things under Environment but nothing works. Anyone know how to do this?

Click on the prop and then go to the Surfaces tab/pane. You'll see a list of surfaces. One of them will hopefully be named so you can tell it is the light. Under that surface you'll find various properties, there will be an Emissives section and that will be controling how much light that surface on the prop gives out. To switch it off completly you could either change the Emission Color to black or set the luminance value to zero.
