Unfortunately I can't get started with DAZ Studio becuase it crashes as soon as I touch an adjustment dial after I load a Gen 8.1 figure. I then recieve this messge (DAZStudio.exe caused ACCESS_VIOLATION in module "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ig4icd64.dll" at 0033:000000000A23DE10) on the crash/bug report dialogue box. You can't send the report to anyone at DAZ support because the link appears to be broken. Google searches reveal nothing but shady, "Buy our software and it will fix your issue" sites. When I go to the folder listed above in the crash report, it's empty. Has anyone been able to resolve this one? Any advice?
That is part of the Intel GPU driver, and seems to cause issues in a range of applications. Searchinf for the filename here did turn up several posts/threads, including some discussion here which, while old, does give some steps https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/comment/217888/#Comment_217888
Hey there Richard,
Thank you very much for the suggestion! I followed the link and long story short, Intel says my drivers are all up to date. I don't know what else to try.
