unwanted marks on the head

Hi -
I am unsure how to fix the marks on the back of his head. I am using the standard G8 Male body and the corporate hair.
Please help.

Black marks like that happen when the haircap and the skin are occupying the same space. See if the hair has any morphs to move the area in or out. Meshgrabber can be used if you have that. Handy tool to have in the toolbox.
