Not usually. DAZ handles all support for the PAs, so the only way other than seeing them on the forums is to file a support ticket.Keep in mind that characters used in promo images are usually custom used to promote the product and usually not for sale.

Since Neftis is the artist who created the hair, i would assume he's a custom character she uses in her promo pics. I think that's what most of the characters in her images are. They aern't for sale. I'd sure like ot have him, though!
