Yesterday, I saw a thread in the Commons about a new figure called "MetaHuman" and I left a comment in the thread and made a mental note to come back to it to read the whole thread later as it looked interesting. When I did come back later, it was not there. I assumed it had been deleted because the new figure was competition to DAZ products.

For some weird reason I was trawling through some of the other discussion forums and I happened to find myself in the Unreal forum. I noticed a thread there about this new MetaHuman and it became clear that the original Commons thread had been merged with his one.

So my request is for some kind of residual entry to indicate that a thread has been moved/merged/deleted and where to find the posts if they still exist.

    They do let you know when a post is removed... I've gotten that quite a few times.

    I don't think you get a notice of thread merger... that would be good.

    Yes, they let you know when your own post has been removed but I'm talking about a whole thread.

    well it hasn't been removed just assimilated like the Borg.

    Oh dear. I didn't say that the thread had been removed nor was that the point of the request.

    the thread has not been removed, just merged with another on the same subject.
