Well, that's... Not what I would have expected, at all! Looks so very angry! LOL

Try closing the mouth, maybe? I know Fly Girl is meant to have the mandibles on the chin look as if they've replaced the mouth.

    Hello Xenomorphine

The combination of Voir & Flygirl needs a few more morphs to get a good looking result, what I have done still has issues when viewed from side-on, but a good enough result to obtain a render without post-work can be done.

Extra morphs around the eyes, cheeks, nose and mouth are required to tweak the conflict areas.
A bit of work but I was certain that it would give an excellent render result, as the results show.

The skin for the Voir did not really match the mandible-mouth location of the FlyGirl, so I opted for a normal mouth.
Was thinking about a smile, but since it is Halloween season I thought I would make it an "ARRRRRGGGHHHH" ;-)

    Regards, Bunyip

I have really loved what you folks having been doing, bending the world to fit your needs is so much funner than the other way around.
    Great stuff, love the renders!

Can't post a picture of it here, because it's still in progress, but Voir is definitely coming in useful for my attempt at an entry in this month's horror-based forum contest. It's suiting the wardrobe combinations I had in mind much better than expected.

Any more creature-based characters like this in the works, Ant? The attention to detail for this has made it one of those sets where I want to think up ideas specifically just to use it. :)

always open to making creatures. I mess around with the Genesis figures making monster morphs when I am just having fun and when one looks better than the rest I run with it.

Also open to ideas or directions if anyone has them.

    Hello AntFarm

Any chance of a G2 Ant head & body type morph, as well as an updated version of your Ant-Hybrid ?
With an Ant type head you could also morph the head into a Locust/Grasshopper type creature, as well as other critters with that head shape/style.

A couple of various beetle type heads would be nice as well, eg Stag, Rhinoceros, Weevil etc
There was also an enquiry about a Human/Scorpian hybrid.

One thing sadly lacking are Insect type morphs for Genesis/Genesis 2.
Lots of Mammal morphs, quite a few Reptillian morphs, stacks of Alien morphs.
Your Insect morph with the FlyGirl and JoeQuick's are great, but there's plenty of Insect species out there.

    Regards, Bunyip

I agree. An to our other conversation I was thinking of doing a Mouth/tongue figure like in the new TV show the Strain. use easy pose dials so the motion would be more fluid.

That reminds me, Bunyip: I'd like to see a sleeker version of JQ's shark hybrid, too. I never got it because the model seemed overly chunky and seemed to require some kind of morph-tweaking to make look right, according to the promotional images. A shark-like land-based predator should be relatively slim and athletic, IMO. Totally agree about the need for more insectoid/arachnid geo-grafts/morphs! It makes me curious where your icon is from!

Raw Art has a decent reptilian character for Genesis 1, but I'm sure there's room for a more vicious Genesis 1/2 reptile, too. Something more crocodilian, maybe. Like a more bipedal version of the Helligator model. And if there's a G2F version, I could see it merging beautifully with the Succubus Add-On serpentine trunk (hopefully, Daz will eventually do an 'Incubus' version, too).

Also, would love to see this product of yours updated for Genesis 1 and 2 (maybe with various alternative claw options):

    Hello Xenomorphine

My icon is the result of lots & lots of morph dialing !!!!!!!
If I can get my DAZ3D, Carrara, and modelling skills good enough I will be releasing a few morphs (I dialed over 70 Alien morphs for A3 alone). The ideas are there, just got to get the skills to go with them, am looking at sculpting the morphs then into the Genesis morphs.
Don't hold your breath though, AntFarm, JoeQuick, RawArt and the other extremely talented artists are safe for some time yet !!!!!!!

The Bunyip is a fantasy Australian creature, dating back to the indigenous Aboriginal tribes.
Scientific & fantasy speculation is that the creature is based on sightings of the Diprotodon back when the Mega-Fauna still roamed the Southern Continent. There are also a number of other creatures that it might be mistaken for, as well as the late-night "Boogy-Man's going to get you" tales as well.

As such I was trying to get a Diprotodon-Crocodile-Frog look combined as my Avatar.
The "02" in my Avatar name is a personal tribute to the crew of SeaKing 02 which crashed on Nias on 2 April 2005.

A render of the scene on which the pic came from:-

Very interesting mandibles you've managed to create...

I loved the game, 'Spore' - especially with the expansion pack for additional parts. It allowed you to make almost any animal you could think of, with symmetrical limbs placed anywhere along the spine at any angles. It's my hope that, one of these days, Daz will create some kind of amorphous Genesis-like blob we can do that with. :)

There is a similar application for iPad, which allows you to export a creature in .obj format, but, obviously, they aren't rigged when you import to DS, sadly enough.

I would dearly love a human/scorpion therianthrope with arachnid legs, pincers on the ends of her arms and optional head morph! I've been trying to do something with noggin's scorpion, but it wouldn't be nearly as cool as a geograft/morph combo!
