Unreal Posing?

Please excuse my total ignorance but I can't seem to find the answer using Google. Is it possible to pose figures in Unreal like we do in DAZ Studio and, further, to create animations by posing, changing the pose later in the timeline and allowing the animation engine to tween the keyframes between poses? Again, much like the way we do it in the DAZ Studio timeline.

you can rotate bones and set keyframes
I usually edit something existing myself like this person does
the idle breathing pose is good as it has the basis for many poses with breathing with only that keyframed along timeline not the limb positions
