Hi Guys, are there any known issues with the dynamic clothing plug-in not working with OS Mavericks 10.9. It seems to missing lots of panels and controls.

It sounds like you're seeing the basic plug-in rather than the advanced one. If you go to Help > About Plug-Ins does it show the Dynamic Clothing Control?

Right you are. I reinstalled Daz and the plug-in didn't come along with it.

    Thanks,

The Dynamic Plugin won't have all the panel tabs if you run the 64bit. If you need more control, run the 32bit version of Daz Studio.

The Dynamic Control plug-in in DS4 should be equal between the 32 and 64 bit versions.

Nope. I own the full version and in the 32bit you have extra tabs that aren't in the 64bit. The Physics and Preferences tabs are missing.

It looks like the Basic version for the 64 bit I'm afraid.

Please look at Help > About Installed Plugins, and that should tell you what version you have installed. I hope Mac is the same for this sort of thing?

    Both are the same.

I am using Win 7, and my 64 bit control has the extra tabs, Physics and Preferences, and it is the same version number as yours.

If I were you, I would ask Support if the Mac 64 bit version is different, just to make sure that there hasn't been n error.

The Mac version of the "pro" plugin is working here on 64-Bit Daz Studio (OS X Mavericks). All panels are present and accounted for. Could it be that the plugin was installed before a new DAZ Studio was installed/updated as a DAZ Studio comes with the basic plugin?

Make sure that you don't have both Dynamic Clothing Plugin - Basic & Dynamic Clothing Plugin - Control enabled.

If both are enabled then the Basic Plugin will override the other one.

Again if both are enabled then disable the Dynamic Clothing Plugin - Basic, then you will need to close and restart daz studio.

    See screenshot.

I would think that if both were installed, it would make the pro version take over, not the other way around. An even better way would be to have only one plugin and if a serial number was added, it opened up the pro features, otherwise it would default to the basic.

I totally agree with you, you would think that the pro version would override basic but that's not the case.
And yes I did put it to the test before I posted.
If you have both the basic and pro active then for some reason the basic version overrides the pro version.

I'm not sure if this is just a fault with the mac version or not.
