PA from Sanctioned Countries

Hello, My name is Ehsan, and I am from IRAN. As you may be aware, my country has been under US sanctions for many years and because of that many sites, companies and banks avoid providing direct services to the people of my country. It seems that DAZ is no exception to these rules and there is no IRAN in the list of countries in the address book section. Now I have a simple question. Despite these sanctions, Is it possible to register and work as a PA on this site or not? Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.
