in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I am getting this all of a sudden, there is no error nothing it just fails to load the user interface. I uninstalled 4.15 and then did a clean reinstall and still got this. Can someone help.

    Window>Workspace>Select Layout should let you revert to one of the standard set ups (or a custom set up you had previously saved).
