Duchess Hair not laying right

Hi all, I was wondering if someone could help me. I've been trying to use the dForce Duchess Hair - https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-duchess-hair-for-genesis-8-female - but when I load it onto a G8 figure, the hair is all spaced out away from the body, and even using the presets doesn't get it to lay right. It should be right against her back and chest like in the promo images, but it stays stuck out there and I haven't figured out how to fix it. I've included a screenshot to show what I mean. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

That's a dforce hair I think. On the left side is a tab for simmulation settings. Open that up and looks like you may want to uncheck the start from memorized pose box, and you shouldn't even need to do anything else other than push the blue [simulate} button. Might take a few minutes if you haven't used dForce ever before, but it should hang the way you expect after that. If not, you'll want to clear the simulation and adjust the shape of the hair with the sliders until absolutely none of it is touching any other item in your sceene. You'll want to clear the simulatin after you marvel at it's beauty for a while, because otherwise if you want to continue posing your character it won't be hanging correctly anymore. Hope this helps.
