Expressions for Little Ones

I've bought several of the Little Ones products since Spetember 2019.  The most recent one was Expressions for Little Ones by Diane two months ago.  I installed it via DAZ Install Manager when I bougfht it but did not start to explore it until today.  The product appeared in Smart Content and the Install tab as needing to be installed.  I verified that the product files were installed where they should be.  Having had a few other products that refused to display in Smart Content or the Content Library unless installed via DAZ Connect (ugh!!), I installed Expressions for Little Ones using DAZ Connect.  Now, the product appears in Smart Content and in Content Library/Products as installed but when I double click its icon in either location, there are no file icons; see screen captures.  I have two other products by Diane for the Little Ones characters (Kids Play Area Poses For Little Ones, Poses For Genesis 3 Little Ones) and they appear where they shoudl be and load.

Any thoughts on what may be causing this and how to resolve the problem?  I wish there was a way to send site mail to vendors like there is in Renderosity.

    According to the product page:

This product contains only new shaping dials for Genesis 3 Female and Male, there are no user-facing files.

So no, there would not be any files for the Content or Smart Content panels.

eta: It is possible to make Pose Presets for these: When saving the preset - unselect everything, then select only the expression [which is at 100%].

Generally, newer expressions come with dials, rather than click to load, which is awesome because you can dial in a little and mix them even. A lot of expressions look more cartoonish at 100%. Select figure, go to posing tab, expand pose controls, expand head, and select expressions. Expressions can also be expanded, in case you only want to look in set by set for a specific expression.

    Catherine3678ab & TheKD,

Thanks much for your guidance.  I found the pose morphs for the expressions.  I should have more closely read (and understood better) the information on the product page.  I'm a long-time dabbler at this stuff who is now retired and has more time to play with it - even though some issues cause me to lose more brain cells than I can afford to lose.
