Can not download a purchased product for manual install, DIM or Connect.

The product is dForce Queen of the Nile Outfit and Hair for Genesis 8 Females.

I had 2 products in my order I made about 3/4 of an hour ago.

One I could download for manual install with no problem, but the other one not.

I tried DIM and Connect, to no avail.

It is not even listed in available products when I try to install for Smart Content.

Hope I am in the correct forum to ask this question.

When I click on the download button for that product, it leads me to another page * screenshot attached *.
