Can't open Daz Studio or DIM

Daz Studio is stuck at connecting to CMS while loading. Also, DIM doesn't seem to load properly either. This has never happened before. Is there a problem with a server side or a problem on my end?

    There is an issue with downloads, I haven't seen other reports of its actually blocking start up (and connecting to the CMS is local, not remote) but please wait until the issue is resolved and see if you can then start the applications.

    I'd say its likely a local issue considering that both DIM and DS rely on the underlying cms system.

    @dragon: what happens if you simply ignore the message? Does DS start up eventually? Because even with the cms down it should still be able to run, though it can take a moment for it reaches the timeout.
