Victoria 8.1 is a nightmare for modelers/PAs!

While this new venture into her asymmetrical morph is great for realism, it is a nightmare for modelers/PAs that want to specifically model victoria's 8.1 limbs/right/left side as the GOZ/morph loader morph mirroring: swap feature in the import dialogue is rendered useless as the right/left side of her body doesn't match!

This setback is a step backward towards the crappy V4 era where you had to morph each body part separately up until Genesis 1 came around, which was a modeler's dream come true as you could model the entire body at once rather than by pieces!

If anyone/modelers//PAs has a work-around I'd love to hear it!

I could if I were making Genesis 8.1 morphs but I'm making corrective morphs specifically for V8.1 body shape... thing is, I really love V8.1's morph ironically enough!wink

IDK about Zbrush, but its very simple to work around in Blender:

    • load the base figure
    • load V8.1 and join as a shapekey
    • Create another shapekey and morph on that - since its ataced to the underlying gen8 base all symmetry etc work without issue

my hope would be there's some sort of similar workflow in zbrush

Ah, cool, thanks for this, I'll give it a go, yeah I'm shaping a glute corrective morph on a bent right leg and I want to transfer it over to the left side as well without having to do each separately! I'll have to figure it out for Zbrush, but at least I have the concept of how to do it!

While researching the blender solution I decided to also give your solution a go, and it worked! Thanks, and sorry I didn't take to it originally!
