    Do you have anything else in the cart besides the gift card? If so, can you try the card alone?

    Both moderators on atm have tried this with success which makes it difficult to troubleshoot.

    I've just got a giftcard in there, it keeps saying "Coupon code is not valid."

    I've double-checked that I've not got any extra spaces.

    210 Maps - Super HDRI Skies is supposed to come with 7 cloud styles with 30 times of day per style. 7 times 30 is 210. But the what's included says it only comes with 195 HDRIs... Right after it talks about the 30 times for each of 7 styles. So which is it?

    It doesn't work if you have other things in the cart with the GC but it doesn't work better if the GC is the only item in ther cart. I tried without success.

     I just tried it on a second device and one where I was not logged in and they all work. I'm afraid you may need customer service for this.

    The issue with the MEMORIAL-GIFT code seems to be linked to the logged in status, I've tried with both Firefox and Edge and I can only get the code to apply if I am logged out, soon as I log in I get the 'Coupon not valid' message.

    The error would suggest I'm either typing in the name wrong or I've already used the coupon. Is there any chance that the coupon code shares its name with one I've used on a previous memorial day weekend? That might explain why it's working for you and not for other people.

    Yep, works for me when I'm logged out. I created a new account and it worked fine there too, so I managed to send myself a giftcard via that.

    I don't know what to say because I specifically tried logged out and logged in and both worked.

    Yep, the coupon works while logged out, but once logged back in, it chucks out the coupon.

    The Gift Card Coupon works fine, but the website won't let me check out.  It won't accept PayPal or two credit cards that I have used in the past. So something is still wrong with the website.  Update - I just succeeded in checking out with one of the credit cards.

    Search is completely broken for owned items. They don't show up at all for me, even after unchecking hide items I own. I have to use google or product library to get to them.

    Any word on why the "210 hdris collection" by Dreamlight only comes with 195 hdris? That 15 missing hdris. 

    Update: Just checked the page. It is now saying 150 HDRIS... so 60 missing HDRIs now. That's a total contradiction to what is said earlier in the what's included section:

    "Super HDRI Skies: (.DUF)

    • 07 Clouds Patterns
    • 30 Times (HDRI Maps) per cloud pattern, from 05:00 am (dawn) to 7:30 pm (dusk), in 30 min increments"

    The skies in the promo images look blown out and posterised. Do you really care how many there are, if they look like that?
