"PROCESSING" forever - service ticket did no good

First of all, I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this, but here goes.

I've been a Daz3D customer for years and have enjoyed tinkering with it greatly. HOWEVER recently (a week ago) I made a purchase and the claim is still "PROCESSING". I submitted a ticket around two hours of "PROCESSING" and recieved a response relatively quickly. But, alas, to no avail. The customer "service" representative asked that I screenshot my confirmation and posting from my Bank. I did as I was asked and it is still "PROCESSING".

I am NOT happy. Why is the burden of proof on a paying customer? Do they not have an Accounts Recievable? Eleven Dollars and eighty-seven cents won't break anyone BUT it is the principle of the matter...

I do know this for a fact, I will not spend another dime until it is fixed. Again, I am NOT happy.

    Nope, they don't trust me with the keys to cash register after the cake incident. Glad it's been resolved, whoever did it.
