Two small download issues

Just having a couple of small problems with some recent purchases and hopefully someone can help.

* The texture resource "Dirty Old Walls" gives a "Download Failed" message when trying to install with DIM.

* Where are the individual props in Merlin's Forge located? The installation only shows the two full scene files for me.

Thanks in advance.

I've had the same problem, and I've filed a detailed ticket with Support asking them to take a look. With luck, they'll sort it out shortly.

I had trouble with dirty old walls but it downloaded fine manually without using DIM.

Re: Merlin's Forge - interesting, I can only see the scene files too - I'd not noticed that the individual props weren't there.
I only installed the DS file not the Poser one - looking at the ReadMe, I think the Poser one contains the individual props (in Runtime-Libraries-Props) with DS materials (in Runtime-Libraries-Pose), so I guess we both need to install that too?

I also notice that the DIM info link for Dirty Old Walls goes to Texture Resource - GREENGROWTH (Product ID 18930) instead of the correct Product ID 19111. I have a feeling the author copied over product data for a previous product without updating / inserting all the fields. These lines from the DIM error log might mean that the download destination field in the DIM template is blank:

WARNING: Error while downloading to file "IM00019111-01_TextureResourceDirtyOldWalls.zip", error setting up download file
WARNING: Network Error while downloading to file "": Operation canceled

The Poser version does have individual props, so perhaps that's the way to do it.

Yes, installing the Forge Poser files does add all the individual props. I wish the Studio version didn't require all the usual Poser subfolders, but it's fine.

Installing the Dirty Old Walls manually also works.

    Thanks very much.
