Is it possible to change the color of Michael's Skin from White to brown or tan?

    The quick-and-dirty way is to adjust the Diffuse Color in the Surfaces tab.

    I tried that and "quick and dirty" doesnt turn out to well... what is a better method using photoshop?

    Use Color >> Decompose and then Compose in GIMP, and then adjust hue if needed. You won't always be able to get the results you want, though. I would suggest CMYK mode.

    Edit: Oh, wait, you want to change it from white... Well, there are a lot of ways to go about this... for instance, playing around with gradients and gradient adjustment layers at a reduced opacity until you get what you want. Pretty sure there are gradients out there made just for skin.
