Any way to get a list of changes (surface settings)

Hi, I was poking around in Surfaces and I finally got something I liked.

I now want to replicate this on someone elses system.

Is there a way to list the changes I made from the defaults?  (current vs default)

I just want a list of the changes I made.

    File > Save As > a Material Preset [do NOT encrypt it] ... location of save can be to anyplace under My Library but not in the Runtime folders. Should work on the other computer as long as it is placed somewhere in My Library but not in the Runtime folders. Presets can be opened/read using any text editor.
